You continue to shape the technological conception, realization, control and continuous development of DB E&C’s technical product development capabilities – with a focus on modern software development, in particular in the context of AI agencies and scalable data platforms In the role, you develop the associated governance principles and ensure the consistent implementation of development and innovation projects in line with the corporate architecture principles You control technical and professional experts (e.g. AI Solution Architects, Data Engineers) and create the necessary framework conditions for the development of software solutions in the AI and data context Keeping the current IT projects in mind, identifying technical dependencies at an early stage, avoiding fragmented island solutions and controlling external service needs both operationally and strategically In project management, you support your development teams in the evaluation and quality assurance of agent systems and data-driven solutions along modern development processes (e.g. CI / CD, testing, deployment) Overarchingly, you ensure that all developed software solutions meet the applicable IT security requirements and you anchor “Security by Design” as well as established standards (e.g. ISO 27001, OWASP) as an integral part of the development processes You are driving forward the development and development of a technological custom manufacturing depth in order to sustainably secure know-how, quality and innovative capability in the field of AI agencies and data management. Building on your professional responsibility, you develop personal responsibility and actively shape the construction, development and leadership of a powerful development team

Your profile:

The basis of your success is a study as a computer scientist:in, business informant:in, data scientist:in or a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience You bring very well-founded experiences in software development (including AI agencies and data management platforms), IT architecture and the management of several parallel IT projects and keep your knowledge up to date In previous roles, you have already strategically designed software development organisations and a sustainable network of service providers: governance structures for software development(sorganisations) have been designed in previous roles, desirablely already established and you have been faced with a comparable complexity You have experience in professional leadership and preferably already in disciplinary leadership and want to take over the latter in the short/medium term In dealing with heterogeneous stakeholders:inside, in particular expert experts:inside, C-level and bodies, you will be competent and targeted You unite pragmatism with innovative vision and convince with your willingness to take responsibility for decisions and their implementation Your working languages are German and English
