Site Manager Technical Locations (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the assigned technical locations including all contractually agreed services, services and operator responsibility – with particular focus on the secure operation of critical infrastructure. Leadership, control and further development of an interdisciplinary team with a clear focus on service, performance and quality objectives. Responsibility for location-based budgets as well as ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the operated services including Participation in performance, price and contract negotiations. Management and implementation of technical projects, structural measures and new operating and supply concepts. Central contact person for customers, service providers and internal interfaces in all location- and business-relevant topics. Control and coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures and external service providers and contractual partners across all technical and infrastructural structures.

You are a strong leadership person who clearly manages, develops and performs in challenging situations. Your technical understanding is solid enough to talk to professionals, service providers and customers at eye level and make decisions based. You bring experience in facility management or in the operation of technical sites – ideally associated with leadership responsibility. You work structured, responsibly and communicationally and keep an overview of complex processes. You can set priorities, meet pragmatic decisions and ensure smooth processes across different trades. The secure operation of critical infrastructure is a topic that you take seriously and reliably.
