Self-responsible implementation of improvement projects to optimize the selection of ingredients and production processes Cooperation with customers for continuous product improvement and development of innovative new products Planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of production tests including detailed documentation Revision and preparation of recipes, product specifications and process descriptions for the production process Close cooperation and interface function, with internal areas such as quality management, project management and production

Complete study of food technology, process engineering or a comparable discipline Embossed interest and understanding of the functional properties of ingredients and their use in foods Multiannual professional experience in food production or development, ideally in comparable product categories Safe handling of recipe management systems and the ability to work quickly into new software solutions Organizational talent with an independent, structured and responsible way of working High level of communication skills and team orientation
