We are looking for you on behalf of a specialized company in the field of plant and heavy machinery construction at the Magdeburg site. They are responsible for high-quality welding and thus make a decisive contribution to the stability and longevity of the constructions.

Your duties

• Conducting MAG welding work on steel structures for steel construction and mechanical engineering
• Construction of welds in specific welding positions, including tub position and vertical position (PA, PB, PF)
• Implementation of assembly work on construction sites in southern Germany
• Preparation of the components and subsequent welding seam test (sight test/VT) for quality assurance
• Compliance with the requirements for work safety (UVV/PSA) in the manufacturing process

Your profile

• Compulsive travel and assembly readiness for operations in southern Germany
• Experience in steel construction or mechanical engineering desirable
• Existing welding certificates are not absolutely necessary, but of advantage
• Knowledge of work by welding instructions and positions such as PA, PB, PF
• German knowledge is advantageous
• Willingness to work in the shift system (exchange layer)
• Precision in design
• Reliable operation
• Compliance with safety requirements
• Flexibility in changing locations
