GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. For our team 'Project Coordination' in Kassel we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) at the next possible time, limited to two years as: Junior Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

You coordinate appointments and meetings in the AquaDuctus project (Jour fixe, committee meetings etc.) and take over the monitoring and follow-up of open points. You maintain and update project management tools (e.g. MS Project) as well as the project work, the project calendar and monitor deadlines including contract archiving. You plan, organize and accompany project events (workshops, project reviews, audits). You create and maintain communication materials (e.g. project descriptions, presentations, intranet, team cockpit) and support internal reporting (e.g. monthly reports). You create needs in SAP. You are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders and support the stakeholder management, including the collection and evaluation of relevant data and the maintenance of the corresponding system.

You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. economics, economic engineering, project management, energy management or comparable) or a comparable qualification. You bring a high interest in project work as well as in the organization of complex processes and enjoy learning new things. You work with enthusiasm on new tasks, introduce fresh ideas and want to drive projects with commitment. You are sure to go with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally you have first knowledge in project management tools. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge for communication. You work in a structured and independent manner and keep track of complex tasks. You are characterized by team skills, flexibility and sense of responsibility in dealing with appointments, deadlines and sensitive information.
