BÜROHELFER (M/W/D) IM BACKOFFICE

For one of our customers we are looking for backup in the back office at short notice. You want to go into the office and get first experiences? Then this is your opportunity!

DISCLOSURE

• Presorting works • Examination of paper documents • scanning and digitizing documents • Proper re-sorting of the works

DEIN PROFIL

• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing • You work conscientiously and keep track of routine activities • Handling of simple technical devices such as scanners is not a problem • You perform tasks independently, reliably and at a good working pace • First knowledge in pre-sorting or file management are welcome, but no condition

WHAT WHAT?

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 • Scope of employment: fulltime or parttime possible • Remuneration: EUR 14,96/hour • 2 days paid full-time training at the beginning of the job

This long-term body is first occupied within the framework of the transfer of workers. Our client plans to take over directly after this.
