Fleet and Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Car park: Responsibility for the fleet with around 350 vehicles - from car to truck Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and retention obligations Optimization of processes for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement Coordination of external service providers First contact partner for all mobility topics Cost control and implementation of cost-effectiveness analyses Disposition and control of leasing vehicles, and settlement of orders Acquisition of purchase and special vehicles in close coordination with the operating teams Facility Management: Support of buildings, technical facilities and external surfaces at the site in Cloppenburg Planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and major construction projects Coordination of craft businesses and facility service providers Support for moving, spatial planning and equipment

Completed training in the field of mechanics, desirable further training to master or technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Experience in fleet and facility management Safe handling of MS Office as well as knowledge in SAP would be desirable driving licence class B Organizational talent and a high level of responsibility Do you like to keep an overview and put things into play?
