Comprehensive legal support for the management of IHO Holding and the ATESTEO Group in contractual and corporate law as well as for financing Creation, examination and negotiation of contracts Advising the institutions of associated companies, departments and individual employees in implementing legal requirements Development of internal guidelines and instructions for action Management of external mandained firms in judicial or administrative procedures

Graduate in Law (m/w/d) or Studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) with Department of Economic Law First professional experience in a firm or in a company with a comparable international economic orientation Very good knowledge of contract and company law English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Self-responsible and self-responsible operation, team capacity, binding occurrence, willingness to use and high quality standards
