In your role, you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in ESG risk management for significant institutions. You develop the bank-wide ESG risk management and initiate impulses for risk strategy and risk management. At the same time, you are responsible for the ESG risk inventory or - Materiality analysis, it adapts to new requirements and derives concrete action needs. Reliablely, you perform ESG scenario analyses and stress tests, develop the underlying methods and translate the results into control-relevant findings. You work closely with the areas of sustainability, sales, market success and other areas of expertise to further develop ESG risk management across the bank. Last but not least, you analyze supervisory and group-relevant requirements, identify resulting adaptation requirements and ensure their coordinated and timely implementation. You have a degree in economics, banking/finance, mathematics or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in dealing with ESG-related risks. You understand sustainability in the regulatory risk context and transfer your knowledge safely to risk controlling issues. You know the regulatory requirements for important institutes and can classify them in a practical and solution-oriented manner. Personally, you work analytically, carefully and structured – especially in quantitative questions, analysis of key figures and scenario analyses. You stand confidently, convince by security in the content preparation and performance of presentations – and draw your attention through your own initiative and the willingness to develop you professionally continuously. Thanks to your very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) in word and writing, you ensure a clear and effective communication in the working environment; good English is desirable.
