You have completed engineering training, completed studies in the field of civil engineering (w/m/d) or architecture (m/w/d) or comparable training You have professional experience in the costing of construction projects, in work preparation or experience in construction management You have user knowledge of construction-specific computer application, ideally iTWO You have relevant knowledge in building contract law (VOB, BGB) and the occupational safety and environmental regulations You convince by an independent and result-oriented procedure Analytical thinking, high commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile Ideally, you have already been able to gain first leadership experiences The passion for the operational tasks remain in the calculation, even if you rise into the leadership You are happy to build and work in the team
