Your duties You guide the Controlling department on your own responsibility and promote your employees in their professional and personal development You control the bank via a closed planning system and implement all supervisory requirements precisely You support the Executive Board in the strategic orientation and implementation of the business and risk strategy You give important impulses for the optimal planning and control of the entire bank You actively contribute to projects and special business tasks You ensure consistent and targeted reporting

That draws you You have a completed degree or a bank professional qualification with a well-founded professional experience in controlling You can demonstrate expertise in bank management and ideally first leadership experience You are characterized by a strong analytical judgment and a solution-oriented method of working. You communicate safely at management level and convince by a sovereign and open-minded appearance You act entrepreneurial, organize structured and work with high self-responsibility You master MS Office routined and ideally bring experience with VR Control or similar controlling software with Sounds like your next step?
