A look at your task

• Recruitment, appointment and reception of residents for the establishment
• Pre- and post-accommodation of residents
• Acquisition of new residents, including through close and regular contact with doctors, clinks and other external instructors
• Leading conversations with home residents and relatives – complaint management
• Leading consultations on the topics Care needs with interested parties and relatives as well as our residents
• Administrative administrative tasks as part of the occupancy management, such as the creation of home contracts
• Installation of care documentation

• Complete training as a nurse or health and nursing staff
• Knowledge of computer-based documentation
• Customer-oriented, team-ready, confident and solution-oriented working
• High level of social competence
