A successfully completed academic degree (Master/University Diploma) (for example, social, legal or economic sciences) or a comparable academic degree Long-term professional experience in public administration (more than five years) or comparable organisations Funded knowledge in public budgetary law, ideally in doppic budget management At least five years of leadership experience (more than 10 direct employees) including a downstream management level Experience in leadership and further development of executives.
