Job Description

As a full-time painter / surface coater (m/w/d), you play a central role in our team. Your main task will be to operate our state-of-the-art coating system – both in automatic operation and in manual processes. With your skill and precision, you contribute significantly to the perfect quality of our products. Your day is varied and requires your expertise throughout the manufacturing process, from preparation to final control, at a location that offers a high level of professionalism. Your tasks include:

• You serve the complete system in automatic operation and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• You coordinate the hanging and hanging of metal parts to guarantee optimal workflows.
• You also coat workpieces in manual operation and apply your craft skills.
• You take over the reworking with the Airless gun for a perfect finish.
• You carry out visual and quality controls and, if necessary, improve the result.

Job requirements

For this exciting challenge, we are looking for a dedicated and flexible person who brings experience from practice and who wants to take responsibility. You should bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• You have experience in surface coating, painting or a similar area.
• You have German knowledge at least at level B2.
• You have a driving licence and your own vehicle (because the workplace is not accessible by public transport).
• You are ready to work in the 2-layer system (layers from 6 am to 14 pm and 14 am to 22 pm).
