Who are we? Around 18,000 people work in pastoral care, administration and social institutions and educational institutions at the Erzbistum München and Freising. On behalf of the archbishop of Munich and Freising, the Ordinariat of Munich performs the tasks of the diocese administration. Management, organisation and further development of the technical operation and building management at Domberg in Freising Management of employees in the technical field and control of external service providers Ensuring the proper operation of all buildings, technical installations and infrastructural services and coordination of maintenance, maintenance, testing and fault management Perception of operator obligations, in particular with regard to tests, maintenance, occupational safety, fire protection and operational safety Construction and optimization of central operating processes, standards and digital control instruments such as CAFM and ticket systems Planning and monitoring of the operating, maintenance and technical measures budget Provision of operational areas and spaces for the users and institutions of the Domberg technical support of construction and project measures including documentation and warranty tracking Responsibility for infrastructural building management including security, cleaning, outdoor facilities, winter service and logistical support Communication with internal departments, users:inside, service providers, authorities and other external partners.

completed academic studies (Master/Dipl.-Univ.), e.g. facility management, building technology, civil engineering, technical building management, architecture or a comparable discipline multi-year professional experience in technical building or facility management Experience in operator responsibility, test requirements, occupational safety and fire protection Experience in the management of employees and in the control of external service providers Knowledge of building and procurement law, in particular HOAI, VOB and VgV Experience in project management, ideally during ongoing operation during construction phases good IT skills, especially MS Office and ideally CAFM and ERP systems readiness to call and occasional evening and weekend services Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
