As part of your activity, you support our Customer Service Team and bring our master data to the next level You independently collect and provide telematics data (e.g. setup of geofencing zones, users, vehicles), service contract data, vehicle data and service partner data As a fully-fledged member of our team, you take responsibility from the outset and conduct online training of service partners to use our service partner platform You rework and update our costing tool (Excel) for service contract rate calculation as well as the maintenance cost calculator (Excel) Your task also includes cleaning and rebuilding the document deposit structure You can use current methods, tools and experiences from your studies

Continuous Bachelor or Master Programme Versified handling of IT systems and MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel Experience in SAP and CRM Salesforce desirable Interest in exceptional industrial vehicles in XXL format Ready-to-use, self-initiative and fun in independent work Careful and responsible working processes complete your profile
