Construction Technician Billing - Building Construction / Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

You will create an independent dimension for our high- and low-grade construction projects and provide a precise billing with common construction software for their economic success. In close coordination with the building management, you monitor the project costs, manipulate the follow-up management and start meaningful target-actual comparisons. You can determine the required building materials and thus provide the reliable basis for the supply calculation and the material orders. As an important interface for work preparation, you check the execution plans for billing-relevant details and provide the data for the construction site.

You have completed engineering training, e.g. as a construction engineer, mason master or civil engineer (m/w/d) or comparable You bring relevant and comparable work experience in construction with (at least 3 years) You are absolutely safe in handling numbers, data and billing operations You are safe to use MS Office and industry-standard software You draw your attention through the richness of ideas, initiative and technical understanding You work independently and are team capable You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level)
