You support our recruiters in the applicant management for the target group Young Talents from A to Z (e.g. in the care and updating of our applicant management system onlyfy, in the screening of documents, in communication with candidates and in the appointment coordination). When preparing and performing selection days, we can count on you. You represent HOCHBAHN at trade fairs and career events. Also in smaller projects, you can take responsibility.

You are at least in the 2nd semester of your studies in human resources management, economics or a similar degree program. You also have routine with MS Office and ideally first practice with an applicant management system. You have a great interest in HR and Recruiting topics and fun dealing with people. You are a team-oriented, you work structured and you are confidential with personal data.
