To actively shape operational decisions: You act as a savings partner:in our business units and support our operating teams to make informed decisions based on figures, analyses and clear recommendations for action. To control growth profitably: You analyze our cost and profitability structures along the value chain and identify leverage to improve scalability, efficiency and sustainable growth together with the specialist areas. Transparency in complex relationships: You develop meaningful analyses on OpEx, Unit Economics, Cost-to-Serve, and performance KPIs, creating a resilient basis for prioritization and strategic decisions. Developing processes and structures: You question existing processes, identify optimization potentials and work together with operations, filling and other stakeholders on pragmatic solutions to improve operational processes. Connecting business and finance: You translate complex financial data into understandable insights for our departments and establish Finance as a proactive business partner instead of pure reporting function. To enable data-based control: You develop intuitive dashboards and control-relevant reports that help our teams to keep track of profitability, cost structures and operational performance in real time. Take Ownership: You accompany budget and forecast processes, challenges assumptions constructively and support our leadership team with resilient scenarios and data-based recommendations.

Business-close finance experience: You bring multi-year experience in an analytic and business-related finance role. For example, as Finance Business Partner, Operational Finance Manager, FP&A Manager or from a top-tier consulting with focus on performance, operations or transformation.

Strong analytical understanding: You understand complex P&L structures, can link financial and operational key figures to each other and derive specific recommendations from them. Hands-on-Mentivity & Pragmatism: You work structured and solution-oriented and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where not every answer is given.

Communication strength: You can convince operational teams with figures, challenge constructively and develop pragmatic solutions together, including controversial topics.

Interest in operational relationships: You want to not only report, but also understand how the business works, and actively help improve processes and decisions.

Technology and data affinity: Excel and/or Google Sheets are your everyday life. Ideally, you will also bring experience with BI tools such as lookers, Power BI or similar solutions.

Language feeling: You communicate safely in German and English and move confidently in an international working environment.
