As part of our global team Cyber Security & IT Risk Management in Osnabrück, you are responsible for the risk management of information security across all regions and at the same time as a central coordination center towards the globally distributed Regional Information Security Officers (RISOs). This means that you are responsible for the comprehensive protection of our customers and their information. Responsibility for global risk management of information security based on established standards: implementation of risk analyses, maintenance of the global risk register, prioritisation of risks taking into account regional circumstances Definition, examination and monitoring of the effectiveness of organisational and technical measures for risk treatment and further development of safety architecture

Central interface between the global cyber security team and the globally distributed regional information security officers (RISOs): coordination and support in audits, awareness measures, incident handling and project consulting, and the implementation of global security standards in the regions

Creation and presentation of risk reports for management based on risk-based key figures (KPI) as part of a global Cyber Security KPI system

Support and advice for projects risk management and the introduction of new technologies and services

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

knowledge of information security and risk management and relevant standards (ISO 2700 series, BSI IT basic protection); Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (including NIS2, EU AI Act)

experience in the implementation of security audits and IT risk management; knowledge of GRC tools, in particular verinice or comparable ISMS software solutions of advantage

Embossed hand-on mentality: You're packing up themes yourself, instead of designing them, and bringing analysis and action independently to the realization

Impressed communication skills as well as reliable German and English in word and writing, combined with the willingness to participate in an international team

Professional experience in cyber security and relevant certifications of advantage, in particular CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) and CISM or CISSP
