You assess and regulate damages in the field of property insurance and judge them both legally and in the field of insurance You are in direct contact with policyholders, claimants and other stakeholders and accompany the damages from examination to final regulation You examine insurance conditions, contractual bases and the legal classification of damages You conduct the necessary correspondence with customers, experts, lawyers and other external contact persons You evaluate liability and coverage issues and make independent decisions within your regulatory competence You identify possible inconsistencies or vulnerabilities in cases of damage and initiate appropriate measures You work closely with internal departments and bring your legal expertise to more complex damages

You have the first and second legal state exams and are full lawyer (m/w/d) Ideally, you are already bringing your first professional experience in insurance law, damage management or damage regulation – but we are also happy about motivated career starters You are interested in insurance issues and in assessing legal issues in practice A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you You communicate confidently and bindingly – even in direct exchange with policyholders and in challenging conversation situations You have good judgment and can convey complex facts in a comprehensible and customer-oriented manner Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
