Essentially, you will deal with the following tasks: Compilation of contracts, contract changes, certificates and salary schedules Management and maintenance of employee master files and ensuring the topicality of organigrams Structured document management and processing of personal-relevant input mail Participation in payroll accounting and preparation and support in monthly and annual accounts Processing of wage and salary scales Management of time corrections and time models as well as control of pause and shift times Social benefits (e.g. JobRad-Leasing, occupational pensions) Central interface and contact for all internal and external contacts (employees, supervisors, authorities, service providers) Regular coordination with the employee representation Organisation and coordination of all tasks in the field of occupational safety Implementation of BEM talks Implementation of updates in the personnel system including error analysis and elimination Participation in audits Organisation and accompaniment of employee jubilees for the appreciation of long-term service Structured management of employee exits

You have completed commercial training, ideally with a personal economic orientation or a comparable qualification You have relevant practice or practice Professional experience Good knowledge of labour, wage and social insurance law You are an absolute organizational partner and keep an overview even in situations of urgency.
