Your tasks You monitor compliance with legal requirements in WpHG, MaComp and MiFID II in the field of securities services You analyze regulatory changes and guide action needs You create, care and update risk analysis and control plans based on risk-oriented reviews You perform control actions according to control plan, including on-site checks and documentation of the results You carry out training for employees on compliance topics You work closely with other control functions You accompany professional internal and external audits Your profile You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by a training in banking You have sound compliance experience in the financial services environment Your knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks (WpHG, MaComp, MiFID II, ESG) are at the current level of knowledge You bring experience in the creation and implementation of risk analyses and control plans, as well as in the implementation of surveillance activities You have pronounced analytical skills, communication strength and a high degree of self-responsibility Your ability to cross-departmental cooperation promotes company-wide compliance culture Your very good knowledge of German complete your profile Your Benefits Compensation according to the collective agreement of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks with a classification based on individual experience Safe workplace with permanent employment contract 13.
