You take over the professional management of the employees assigned to you and promote their professional development. You are responsible for the development and conversion of new customer projects, the pre-development for the assigned area and for the further development and introduction of technical standards and processes within the associated area. You run in consultation with the project supervisor or work within the enterprise or Partial group active in its implementation. Successfully completed studies (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) in the field of aviation, air and space engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field of engineering Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in the aviation industry, in particular with regard to the design and development of Cabin Interior products (e.g. Galleys or Lavatories) Experience in the professional management of employees and a secure sense of team management and development Very good knowledge of project management and the application of corresponding methods and planning tools (e.g. MS Project) Imprinted communication capability in German and English, safe entry, handling skills, high self-initiative, responsibility-consciousness and a structured working method
