Tasks:

• Grind spindles, housings and shafts in single and small series production according to drawing
• Conduct production documents and measurement protocols carefully
• CNC grinding machine (from Studer) independently program, equip and operate
• Ensure quality control during production

Take this with you:

• Complete vocational training in the metal sector, for example as machining mechanic or industrial mechanic
• Experience in high precision machining of rotationally symmetrical metal parts by grinding
• Competent knowledge in NC/CNC programming, especially with Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Self-employed, quality-oriented work
• Creative solutions and commitment
• Confidence with digital and analog measuring instruments
