Tasks

• Technical sales support in cooperation with the service specialists and, if necessary, Manufacturers
• Customer complaints and quality control
• Processing of warranty cases and order processing in the entire customer service area
• Data evaluations and controlling including reporting to the management
• Control of the fleet and tool purchase
• Selection of our suppliers and subcontractors in terms of quality, cost control and timing
• Customer visits/services in general guarantee or Service questions
• Ensuring uniform training standards and recruiting technical trainees
• Responsibility for establishment and staff management in the service sector
• Support of the disponent and its representation

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training
• Leadership and professional experience in the above areas
• Very good computer skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and aiming
• Success-oriented, independent work
• Teamability and reliability
