Leadership & Development: You take over your team's technical and disciplined leadership and promote its continuous development Friction-free processes: You ensure a timely and orderly execution of all tasks in creditor accounting Expertise: As a competent contact person, you support your team in operational day-to-day business and solve complex issues Degrees & Reporting: You are responsible for compiling the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and for reporting to the corporate mother in Sweden in the field of creditor accounting Communication & Cooperation: You are looking for close and transparent cooperation with other departments and external partners such as auditors and tax advisors Process optimization: With the joy of innovation, you will optimize existing processes and develop the future-oriented area Responsibility & co-design: You are also accumulating and reporting directly to the site manager Accounting Kaiserslautern

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training or study with focus on accounting, finance or controlling Professional experience: Multiannual experience in creditor accounting, ideally with leadership experience Structured mode of operation: You work analytically, organized and solution-oriented Communication strength: You can motivate, guide your team and give constructive feedback Software knowledge: experience with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel Engagement & own initiative: You bring fresh ideas and want to actively shape processes
