Academic Assistant for Dissemination and Strategic Design in AI Transfer (m/f/d)

You develop and implement a communication and dissemination strategy for the visualisation and dissemination of the project results, offers and activities of the KI-Werkstatt Mittelstand independently. You prepare research results, use cases and transfer offers strategic, target-group-oriented and design-oriented and develop effective communication formats. You translate complex AI, data and digitization topics into understandable messages, visualizations and address-oriented content. You design and design communication and transfer materials for homepage, social media, presentations, events and other external communication channels. You work closely with researchers, project partners, companies and network actors to prepare project contents professionally correct, understandable and effective. You support project communication, public relations and transfer formats and events editorially, communicatively and creatively.

You have completed their studies, for example in Strategic Design, Information Design, Science Communication, Technology Communication, Business Informatics, Innovation/Technology Management, STEM or a comparable discipline. You bring a good understanding of AI, data and digitization issues or have the ability to quickly engage in technical and application-related relationships. You understand the challenges of transferring research results into the corporate context and can translate complex content in such a way that companies recognise their relevance, understand specific applications and are motivated to implement them. You have a good understanding of the comprehensible preparation of complex technical, technological and scientific topics in different formats. You work structured, independent and conceptually and prepare content from research, technology and application in a comprehensible and effective way. You can present your previous work clearly through a portfolio, work samples or comparable references.
