We at EDEKA Merchel are a dedicated training company and place great emphasis on young people in food trade. Overall, we offer apprenticeships for six apprenticeships, including sellers (m/w/d), retail traders (m/w/d), retail traders (m/w/d) and fresh specialist (m/w/d) certified by the IHK. In addition, professionals have the opportunity to place apprenticeships as a Fleischer (m/w/d) and specialist retailer in the food trade with a focus on meat processing (m/w/d), which are in turn removed from the HWK. In addition, our winning of the EDEKA Supercup shows that we are not only striving to meet high demands, but are actually able to do so. Nevertheless, we do not rest on our previous achievements, but work daily to ensure that all customers leave our market satisfied. This is precisely the focus on the:the customers:inside is our motivation, which drives us, as we want to reconcile with our assortment the customers:insides and their: their wishes. To achieve this, we are always curious in all areas. Our 80 employees' strong team are the friendly and helpful way of dealing with each other both in daily work and with our employees:internal events very important.
