The Ev.-Luth. Kirchenkreis Hamburg-West/Südholstein is one of the largest church districts of the North Church, based in Hamburg-Niendorf. The church administration is a service provider for parishes, daycare facilities, cemeteries and numerous institutions of the church district.

The Finance Division as part of the county administration is responsible for accounting for more than 200 clients. The area shall draw up budgets and annual accounts for all clients and advise them in all financial and asset-related matters. The financial department consults the municipal secretary: in the digitally supported processes of accounting and accounting, processes requests for church oversight permits and calculates the parent contributions for the children's workshops and the evidence of use with the donors. Projektmanager Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d), Voll- or Teil (min. 30 h/w), limited to 2 years.

Conception, implementation and coordination of optimization projects in financial accounting with the aim of narrowing processes and introducing uniform standards. Developing and building a meaningful business controller based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting program. Control and monitoring of project implementation in close coordination with the departments, IT and external service providers. Development, documentation and continuous development of uniform guidelines, workflows and technical interfaces in financial accounting. Development and evaluation of ideas for further reduction and automation of existing work processes. Technical support, further development and control of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting program. Close, solution-oriented cooperation with the EDV team within financial accounting.

You have a degree or commercial training with a focus on finance. You provide several years of professional experience in financial accounting, accounting or financial projects. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the development, optimization and standardization of financial processes. A high IT affinity as well as a fast conception are yours. You are sure to use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS Dynamics BC365) accounting system and have very good Excel skills. You can move confidently into complex structures and organizational forms. You are used to think and act strategically and across areas. You have strong communication and moderation capabilities to take on different areas of expertise and to accompany changes. You emerge strong and conflicting and at the same time act diplomatically and cooperatively. You prefer structured, networked and solution-oriented work.
