Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Organizational institution: You support the sales management in administrative and organizational tasks. You coordinate appointments, answer phone calls and take internal and external correspondences. Figures, data, facts: You take the creation of presentations with PowerPoint and evaluations, e.g. in Excel. In addition, you regularly analyze the market to detect trends & Co. at an early stage and to support sales management in strategic decisions. Marketing: You support marketing and organize customer events or start selling documents, for example, for our field service. Project coordination: You accompany and coordinate projects within the distribution and proactively check the project progress and compliance with the set goals.

Completed commercial degree including multi-year professional experience in assistance and/or sales of a manufacturing company Experiences and joy in dealing with customers First knowledge of project management Discretion, communication strength and enforcement capability
