We are looking for you as a production worker (m/w/d), who strengthens our team and supports you with our renowned customer as part of the employee transfer.

In this position you are the decisive eye at the end of the production chain. Your focus is on manual post-processing and ensuring that each product leaves the house perfectly.

This is the task:

Manual finishing: They take over the manual placement and fixing of special fasteners in units that have left the automated process.

Control and monitoring activities: Visual control of units for tightness, correct seat of closures and optical defects.

Process monitoring: monitoring the material flow on the line to guarantee a smooth process.

Manual skill: The activity requires precise handling when fixing special fasteners in order to ensure the high quality and tightness standards of our customer.

Reliability: A careful and quality-conscious way of working distinguishes you.

Flexibility: The willingness to work in the shift system (incl. night and weekend) is available.

Communication: They have sufficient knowledge of German to safely understand and implement safety instructions, hygiene regulations and work instructions.
