Ensuring contractual engine availability and cost optimization Analysis and optimization of fleet size, spare part quota and configuration standards Make and document data-based decisions on maintenance, repair and fleet management Definition and maintenance of rules, KPIs, dashboards and digital tools for proactive fleet management Conduct of investigations on target deviations and implementation of corrective measures

Complete university studies (engineering, business or similar) At least 2 years of experience in aviation Technical knowledge of gas turbines, ideally NH90 helicopter engines Experience in managing pooled, leased or power-by-the-hour fleets Very good analytical and decision-making capability
