Director of Marketing Communications (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of: Brand management & positioning PR, Communication & content Performance Marketing & CRM E-Commerce (Website, Booking Funnels, Conversion Optimization) Development and implementation of a holistic marketing and e-commerce strategy Leadership and further development of a team Management of agencies and external partners Customer Journey Optimization (Awareness → Booking → Loyalty) Responsibility for budget, KPIs and performance (ROAS, Conversion Council etc.) Close cooperation with Revenue Management, Operations and Management With your team, you will develop integrated campaigns, strengthen direct bookings and ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.

Multiannual experience in a leading marketing/digital role (ideally hospitality, lifestyle or retail) Strong mix of brand confession and performance thinking Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital distribution channels Analytical thinking and entrepreneurial hands-on mentality Leadership experience and team building
