You process projects and technical questions professionally within the scope of objective, time and cost - according to guidelines (e.g. DCS) and QM system You regularly revalue project risks and take appropriate measures You conduct independent meetings and presentations in your area If necessary, you will carry out practical laboratory work to solve problems You conduct interdisciplinary project teams or subprojects in the matrix organization You are responsible for quality, dates and costs in the project You work on the further development of methods and specifications (e.g. project management) You plan and accompany new introductions incl. Selection of systems, qualification and validation You create and review regulations (SOPs, Risk Analysis etc.) You evaluate deviations, perform risk analysis and coordinate the troubleshoot with QA You scout new technologies to improve supply, cost, compliance and quality

Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or in a similar field Knowledge of sera/plasma preparation, coagulation First practical experience with proteins and chromatography in a corresponding hygiene environment, preferably immunology and antibodies Experience in the definition of screening parameters etc. Experience in PQ/PI projects Content/technical support for Troubleshoots and Deviation Measures Innovation scouting Common computer applications (Microsoft Office and others) are common to you Flowing English knowledge (written / oral) Knowledge of method validations and device qualifications desirable Good German knowledge
