• Professional care & care: They ensure holistic care, care and monitoring of our stationary patients and thus contribute significantly to their recovery.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely and collaboratively with other professional groups to ensure the highest level of patient-oriented care and service orientation.
• Various care activities: They take over the entire range of stationary care, from basic care to more demanding medical care.
• Individual priority tasks: After a comprehensive incorporation, you will take on specific priority tasks that will be set up together with you.
• Administrative activities: They are responsible for the collection of nurses and assist in administrative tasks in day care.
• Participation in diagnostics & therapy: They prepare diagnostic and therapeutic measures and actively cooperate.
• Medical technology: You know and use medical-technical equipment and care for their proper preparation.
• Monitoring the vital functions: you monitor and interpret the vital functions of our patients and ensure a quick response to changes.
• Health monitoring: They observe and appreciate the health status of patients and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality.
• Documentation: The precise and careful documentation of patient data and values is also part of your task.

• Completed training: You have a completed training for the nursing specialist or nursing specialist (m/w/d).
• Experience in the field of IMC or emergency: Ideally, you bring experience in intensive medical surveillance (IMC) or in the central emergency room.
• Configuring processes: They are motivated to actively accompany the rebuilding of a station and to help shape new processes.
• Patient orientation & communication: They enjoy the relationship design with patients from different disciplines and place great emphasis on empathic care.
