IT Business Partner (m/f/d)

In the CEO Digital Excellence department, you act as a single point of contact for the specialist areas related to new IT projects. You analyse the status quo of the business units, develop strategic target images and derive digitization potentials and concrete measures. You analyse the existing IT application portfolios in terms of efficiency improvements, adequate business support and their strategic fit You develop targets for technical problems for presenting solution scenarios within the existing Enterprise Architecture You examine and evaluate IT requirements of the departments in terms of their value creation and prepare policy templates for the initiation of digitalisation projects. You plan and coordinate analysis and evaluation projects, such as software launches You introduce their own ideas and give impetus to best practices and innovations in the field of digitalisation.

A successfully completed study in the field of information technology, computer science or a comparable qualification Long-term experience in IT business analysis, IT requirements management and (IT) project management Good understanding of enterprise architecture and IT architectures and their importance for digital solutions Proactive problem solving and consulting skills Structured and methodological work and high quality awareness Analytical and innovative way of thinking with pronounced abstraction capacity and very good organizational skills Communication strength and safe occurrence against different stakeholders High motivation as well as self-sponsibility and self-employment Standing for continuous personal development Very good German and English in word and writing
