Our 3-headed pricing team is looking for you and your energy right now for our location in Munich.

As a team leader (d/w/m) in the pricing, you are sure that prices, conditions and mechanisms are effective on the market. You are the central player for our commercial pricing and connect numbers, market sentiment and sales practice. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Pricing Control: Taxes and coordinate the continuous revision of our segment-related algorithm-based pricing including Special conditions Analysis & Recommendations: Evaluate price analyses, interpret results and deliver clear pricing/frame Processes & Automation: Developing methods, processes and price logics and driving digitization and automation to increase efficiency Strategy development: Develop proposals for the further development of pricing strategy and pricing mechanisms based on market trends and regional and customer-specific potentials Enablement & Leadership: Create meaningful pricing reports, school sales for price implementation/special conditions and guide your team

Multiannual experience in (large) trade with a focus on designing/optimizing commercial framework conditions and pricing as well as initial leadership experience Successfully completed studies of BWL, VWL, Economics or a comparable qualification Very good analytical skills, numerical affinity and structured, conceptual work with hands-on mentality Secure handling of BI tools as well as Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with pricing software and project management of advantage German and English knowledge (min.
