Senior IT Service Manager Mobility EMM/MAM (m/w/d) from now and in full time in Munich, Nuremberg Frankfurt am Main, Dresden, Leipzig, Bonn or Meckenheim. The Mobility area in the ServiceTower PoD 1 (front end devices, as well as applications) is responsible for the service of high-mobile terminals (smartphones/tables, barcode scanners, as well as time recording terminals) in the customer and own operation of the BWI. As part of an enterprise mobility management, the most modern Solutions for mobile information, device and app management controlled, managed and processed the operational/functional input for the development of the services. In addition to the above mentioned hardware products, the associated operating systems and peripheral devices belong to the service portfolio. These mobile end2end solutions (up to the “VS-NfD” secrecy stage) responsible for mobility also include other secure solutions, such as SNS (sure, cross-network voice communication), the operation of our mobile applications, the service management of our Bundesmessengers/ Bundeswehrmessengers (BuM/ BwM), and also the lifecycle control of individual applications (optional).

Responsibility for the management of service functions of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, barcode scanners, etc.) and related apps (including operating systems, applications, BuM/ BwM), as well as individual solutions (e.g. web links) for Android and iOS Takeover of the End-2-End Service Management along the entire LifeCycle service according to ITIL (strategy, service design, transition, control service operation and optimization) of integrated processes and services or Service functions, holistic mobile solutions Responsibility for managing technical, organizational and process (further) developments of the associated services and for service-related cost transparency including financial business planning Takeover of (partial) project lines or internal client role in mobile services and service functions or applications Compilation of reports, reporting and key figures as well as deriving measures to achieve and continuously improve SLAs and OLAs Control of and support in creating offers and performance descriptions

Complete studies or comparable training in the field of business and/or computer science About 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Service Management according to ITIL as well as several years of professional leadership experience, ITIL certification of advantage Knowledge of mobility services, EMM solutions and experience with BSI-listed manufacturers such as Secusmart (SS4SK), Materna Virtual Solutions (SecurePIM), Workspace ONE (WS1) or comparable VS-NfD solutions (e.g. Apple Indigo, Samsung Knox Nativ) Knowledge of Mobile Application Management, Messenger Solutions and Application Control from Requirements Engineering to Development to Operation Experience with complex IT projects, ideally to mobile solutions (OS-based Android and iOS) and/or apps as well as agile operation Creativity, Analytical Thinking, Conflictability, Strength of Decision and Implementation as well as Responsible Operation German language skills in word and writing as well as a secure understanding of English language and willingness to travel
