Tasks: • Personal, telephone and digital reception of our patients • Coordination of appointments and communication with new and existing patients • Working with our fully digital practice software – you keep an overview • Organisation of follow-up and recall appointments and appointment of cure and cost plans

Qualification: • Complete training as dental specialist (ZFA) – mandatory • First experience in reception or patient reception desirable • Professional and cordial appearance in dealing with patients • Self-employed, structured and careful working – even in stressful situations
