Development of processes and supporting measures concerning projects within the new Master's programme Accompanying the practice reflection processes as well as the theory-practice transfer by teaching at the university (max. 5 SWS) and discussions in practical places Conceptual (further) development and implementation of a training measure for practical instructions Advice, coordination and support of students in their responsibilities in relation to the practical semester - this also includes the approval process of the practical bodies as well as mediation and moderation of divergent interests and conflicts in this context Preparation of examination committee meetings for the courses of the Department of Social Work

Complete Bachelor and Master Programme in Social Work Multiannual professional experience, preferably in work areas of social work High level of self-initiative and self-responsibility as well as organizational skills, experience in process management and organisation of events are desirable Communication and cooperation skills and experience in dealing with diverse teams Pedagogical-Didactic Skills and Presentation Competence, Teaching Experiences in Adult Education or Universities Founded MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Also desirable is a supervision or coaching training, possibly associated with a conflict-moderation qualification
