You take over Travel Management You are responsible for building management, perform control procedures, manage repair and maintenance operations and coordinate appointments with craftsmen and service providers The topics of occupational safety and health protection You support internal ordering You perform general organizational and administrative tasks In addition, you regularly help in the reception office and take over visitor reception, telephone system, preparation of meeting rooms, post-processing and administrative requests from employees
