technical studies or comparable IT vocational training and professional experience as an IT system engineer in the network / security environment sound know-how in the Cisco network environment as well as relevant experience with leading security manufacturers e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Trend Micro ideally experience in support or Operation in the context of ITIL and interest in cloud-based security architectures very good German and good English skills Joy in communication and cooperation with customers and employees as well as our different communities
