Quality Engineer (m/w/d) - Software Testing & Automation

In the course of further growth, a dedicated quality engineer (m/w/d) is sought at the Kassel or Bremen site. In this newly created position, you actively drive quality assurance and test automation. You play a key role in ensuring software quality - from analysis to testing automation to the use of modern AI tools. Planning, preparation and execution of test cases for our software applications Analysis of requirements for testability & completeness Documentation and tracking of errors and optimization potentials Development and maintenance of automated tests Selection & Introduction of new test tools together with the team Close cooperation with the development in analysis and bug fixing Preparation of test reports, documentation and help content Continuous optimization of our QA processes

Multiannual professional experience (at least 5 years) in software quality assurance Embossed technical understanding and structured and precise operation Experience in handling test automation tools Analytical thinking and clear communication in German and English Safe use of modern AI tools to optimize QA processes Knowledge of modern development and CI/CD processes Experience in the integration of tests in automated pipelines Willingness to support technical documentation and localisation
