Advising customers (in particular legal lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, investors and entrepreneurs) on stock companies (GmbH, AG, UG) Accompanying sales processes from request to transfer Creation and coordination of offers and contract documents Coordination with notaries, banks, authorities and internal departments Support and development of existing customer relationships Corporate Services & Compliance Support (e.g. Transparency Register, Money Laundering Obligations) Maintenance and documentation of operations in the CRM system
