Event Manager - International Trade Shows & Exhibitions (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the global planning, coordination and implementation of Ammann's international trade fair and exhibition events. A special focus is on the management and overall responsibility for Ammann's participation in the Bauma in Munich, the world's most important trade fair for construction machines. Strategic responsibility for global trade fairs and exhibitions including Further development of the international trade fair strategy and maintenance of the trade fair calendar Conception & implementation of convincing trade fair appearances: trade fair concepts, stand designs, visitor guidance and activation measures with a focus on a consistent brand and customer experience Holistic project management across all phases (planning, budget, timing, resources, stakeholders) Management of external partners such as agencies, standbuilders and logistics service providers as well as operational responsibility on site (open, operation, degradation) Quality assurance & optimization through compliance with branding, safety and sustainability standards as well as post-event analyses and reporting

Completed studies in marketing, event management, communication, BWL or a comparable area Experience in the management of international trade fairs or large B2B events Ideally industry experience in construction, industrial or machine environment Project management and organisational capabilities Safe in budget planning, cost control, supplier management and contract management Expertise in exhibition concepts, stand layouts, visitor management and live events Learn in Risk Management and Contingency Planning Safe handling of PM tools such as MS Project, Asana What do we expect from you?
