Recruiter (m/f/d)

With around 400 employees, our customer offers assistance for people with disabilities.

To support his team, we are looking for you as a recruiter (m/w/d) in part-time (30 to 35 hours / week) in employee transfer with a realistic chance of later takeover. The body can also be occupied full-time.

Own responsibility you take over the control of the entire recruiting process You create and publish job advertisements The pre-selection of candidates, organisation and accompaniment of interviews is also one of your tasks You serve the social media channels with the aim of recruiting staff and create contributions to the employer presence You can also support the administrative processes throughout the staff sector

You have a successfully completed training as a personal service businessman (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d), industrial businessman (m/w/d) or in a similar commercial profession with a corresponding further training in human resources Experience in personnel recovery and in application processes bring you with You are interested in modern recruiting methods and social media.
