(m/w/d) Tariff and labour law and collective bargaining

You work at a high legal level in a dedicated and collegial team. Their varied and exciting range of tasks includes the independent legal advice of the member companies in all areas of collective bargaining and labour law as well as our collective agreements.

Legal issues relating to working time and pay are also your tasks.

The sustainable development of tariff-compliant and modern working conditions, taking into account the social partnership, complete your job profile. Here you will conduct and support negotiations with works councils and trade union representatives.

In addition, you will keep training on basic and special tariff issues both in presence and online formats.

You have completed your studies of law, economic law or a comparable qualification with a focus on labour law above average. Ideally, you already have experience in legal advice from a company or association. Economy enthuses you and you identify yourself with a value-driven representation of the employers' side. You combine expertise, careful working and excellent analytical skills with economic understanding and pragmatism. You prove argumentation and negotiation strength as well as confident and friendly appearance, good contact and cooperation behavior as well as a fine political feeling.
