As a reinforcement of our team, we are now looking for a *n object manager (m/w/d) which, as a manager of cleaning in the homes, is to guide the team of maintenance cleaning, so that the patients always feel comfortable and the renunciation in the homes remains at the best any time.

Your main tasks

• You are responsible for the permanent optimization and further development of our high cleaning and hygiene standards at the clinic location
• You always have a look at the smooth operation of the cleaning day at the site
• You guide your team with a professional way and make sure it feels comfortable in a motivating working environment
• Regular inspections ensure the quality of our services offered and thus contribute to patient satisfaction

Your profile

• Ideally, you have a completed vocational training as a glass cleaner and a building cleaner*in (m/w/d) and/or a profound professional experience in a similar position with personnel management
• They have a pronounced proactive organizational talent paired with enforcing and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of German, the safe handling of popular MS Office applications and your awareness of everyday hygiene standards and regulations round off your profile
