As part of our Competition and Antitrust Law Team at E.ON SE, you are responsible for the independent antitrust consulting of the E.ON Group, which includes: Strategic antitrust advice: Legal advice of the Group management functions and the operating units in European and German antitrust law Procedure management & merger control: self-employed management and supervision of antitrust administrative procedures; in particular coordination and independent implementation of national and European merger control procedures Investment control law: Support for issues related to investment control Third-country subsidisation law: support for issues relating to the third-country subsidisation regulation Cartel Damage Replacement Law: Support for Cartel Damage Replacement Compliance & Training: Working with Group-wide compliance activities, including the development and implementation of training in Germany and abroad on antitrust issues, personal and digital formats Legal Monitoring & Recommendations: Recognizing new developments in antitrust and investment control law and developing concrete recommendations for action for E.ON

You’re going on complex tasks with enthusiasm and develop creative, solution-oriented approaches that drive both team success and offer our customers real added value while building strong, trusting relationships. In addition, you will recognize yourself in the following points: Qualifications: You are a full lawyer with above-average exam results (optionally supplemented by promotion and/or LL.M.)
